Guests arrive to iL Mercato Centrale then guests will receive a food voucher in the form of a mercato "Mangi e Bevi" card. Guests will be given an exclusive tour of the whole venue so they can have a deeper understanding about the concept and how it is unique to other markets. Guests will then be taken to the fine dining restaurant on level 1 where the guest will be escorted to their booking. Guests will have the freedom to choose from the menu specially prepared by chef jerry kim.
