Make your own way to Holt Street Wharf to join your Desert Safari Day Cruise. Take a journey to the Tangalooma desert as part of this thrilling and bumping 4WD bus tour. Tangalooma Island Resort bus will take you to the scenic edge of the desert, where you will receive a unique look into the heart of Moreton Island. Upon arrival guests will have the opportunity to walk into the desert dunes to sightsee and even participate in the exhilarating sport of sand tobogganing, reaching speeds of up to 40km per hour. Scenic helicopter flight over Moreton Island.
Tour concludes departing Tangalooma at approximately 7:00pm*.
* Denotes approximate earliest departure time only. This departure time is seasonal and occurs at the completion of the dolphin feeding. Departs approximately 07:00pm in winter, 07:30pm in autumn/spring, 08:00pm in summer.
