Meet your guide at the Kingfisher Bay Resort reception to discuss your day's itinerary, for your full day 4WD tour. With approximately 1500 kilometres of tracks on Fraser Island to explore the day is yours to discover beautiful lakes and magical wilderness. Highlights of the day may include uninterrupted views of dunes, beach and sea from Indian Head, drive along spectacular Seventy-Five Mile beach and stop to swim in the fresh waters of Eli Creek and swim in the clear blue water of Lake McKenzie. A picnic lunch will be served in a private secluded part of Fraser Island. Tour concludes at approximately 4.30pm.

- Kingfisher Bay Jetty is approximately 50 minutes by ferry from River Heads Jetty Hervey Bay.
- Transfers must be booked in conjunction and at the same time with Kingfisher Bay Resort accommodation.
- Please check ferry times carefully before booking travel and allow enough travelling time to meet your onward connection and check-in.
- Please allow extra time to identify and collect guest bags at KBR Mainland Reception.
- Transfers are unable to meet departing flights from Hervey Bay prior to 10:30am or pick up after 02:15pm.
Check-in Procedure:
- Check in at Kingfisher Bay Resort Mainland Reception (operating hours: 08:00am - 03:30pm).
Mainland Reception located at the River Heads Shopping Village, Shop 7/54 Ariadne Street, River Heads.
(River Heads Road becomes Ariadne Street at the Shopping Village)
Guests are to arrive at check in location at least 45 minutes prior to selected ferry time.
A shuttle will depart 10 minutes prior to ferry.
Luggage:
- The maximum weight for any single piece of luggage is 25kg.
- Each guest may check-in two items of luggage free of charge.
- Additional items to be checked-in will incur a handling fee of AUD10.00 per item. Payable direct, subject to change without notice.
- Where guests refuse to pay excess charges for luggage over 25kg, they will be required to carry their own luggage at all transportation points.~~~~
