This is a one-hour guided tour. The tour starts with a welcome and introduction, followed by a short walk past the owned sugar cane patch and heritage machinery where the guide will explain about the pioneering days of sugar cane farming. The mill and distillery where the guide will take you through the process of crushing the sugar cane and extracting juice from fresh sugar cane. The tour finishes with tastings of our rum-based and fruit liqueur products, the house-made chutneys, relishes and sauces, the non-alcoholic ginger beer and freshly-spun fairy floss.
