Mandatory Charges:
- Environmental Management Charge (EMC) and Fuel Levy AUD20.00 per person is payable direct. Subject to change without notice.

Gold Class Lounge:
- A booking for 2 passengers guarantees exclusive use of the gold Class Lounge. The lounge can cater for small groups or families of up to 8 guests in total.
- The exclusive nature of the lounge means there is only 1 Gold Class booking accepted per day and the lounge is never shared with guests outside of your travelling party.
Scuba Diving:
- All diving is subject to the successful completion of an onboard medical waiver.
- Certain medical conditions (e.g. asthma, heart disease, diabetes) and/or prescription medications may prevent an individual from diving.
- The minimum age to dive is 12 years. All individuals over the age of 65 are required to present written clearance from their doctor confirming they are Fit To Dive.
- Individuals with existing medical conditions or taking prescription medication are urged to seek medical advice prior to travel if needed.
- Following diving, periods ranging from 12-24 hours (or more) are recommended prior to flying dependent on the number of dives, depth of dives and total accrued dive time.
Scenic Helicopter Flights:
- The maximum number of passengers able to fly at the same time is 6.
- A group of 8 booking 10-min scenic flight will be split over 2 flights.
- Upgrade Fly-Back (25-min flight) is only available to bookings of 6 or less and aircraft payload limits apply.
- Individual passenger weights are required at time of booking.
- A maximum per seat weight limit of 130kg applies.
- The child age on all Helicopter Flights and packages starts at 3 years.
- All Helicopter flights offered onboard Evolution are operated by Nautilus Aviation.

- Please notify us ahead of time of any know allergies that could impact the guests safety or enjoyment of the day.
