Important Info:	Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: Clothing Recommendations: - It is recommended clients wear practical outdoor clothing (not white) including long pants, sturdy footwear and a hat. In the winter months it is essential to wear heavy clothing including beanie and gloves. On-line Check In and Reconfirmation: - Passengers are required to check in online the day prior to travel. For this reason, a mobile phone number and email address are required so a reconfirmation text and an email containing online check-in link and instructions can be sent. - If these are unavailable, clients must call Outback Ballooning the day prior. Fitness Level: - A reasonable level of fitness is required to participate. Participants must be able to climb into the balloon basket and stand upright for the duration of the flight. All health conditions should be discussed with Outback Ballooning prior to departure. Passenger Weight Notification: - Passenger names and approximate weight (in kilograms) are required at the time of booking, for flight manifest purposes. - Any weight above 110kg must be notified in advance prior to making a booking. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - No refund if bookings cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show. I have read and agree to the important notes.
