Important Info:	Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: Comfort Seat: - Comfort seat rate is applicable for passengers weighing 125 kilograms or more and provides an extra seat on board the helicopter, either adjacent to or opposite to ensure comfort for them, comfort for other passengers and to ensure a safe and accurate weight and balance of the helicopter. - Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure time. - Mandatory passenger information to be provided at the time of booking: full names of all passengers, individual weights in kilograms, baggage details (if applicable), contact mobile number of passengers whilst travelling, postcode at home (or country of residence outside of Australia), accommodation in Yulara for complimentary pickup. - Passenger and baggage weights on check in that differ from those provided at the time of booking may result in flight cancellation or refusal of passengers. In this case no refund will apply, or an additional fee may be charged. - All flights are subject to weather conditions. As much notice will be given as possible for changes caused by weather. Flights cancelled by Professional Helicopter Services will be rescheduled or refunded. - Flights may be cancelled at the pilot's discretion at any time. In the event that the pilot decides to terminate the flight due to weather, the unused portion of the fare will be refunded. Mandatory Mobility requirements to be answered by passengers at time of booking. - I confirm that I am/we are fit, able with a moderate to high level of mobility to safety load and unload the helicopter without assistance. - I confirm that I am/we are required to utilize steps and platforms to enter and exit the helicopter - I confirm that I am/we are recommended to wear enclosed toe, non-slip footwear.
