Important Info:	Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - Bookings are essential and subject to availability at time of booking. - As alcohol is served all guests must be over the age of 18 years. Jacob’s Creek reserves the right to request suitable identification to prove this, such as a current photographic drivers licence, a current passport, a current Proof of Age card or a current Keypass identification card. - Children must be supervised. Any minors who form a part of your booking must be accompanied by an adult and must not consume any alcohol on our premises. - Confirmation of numbers is required. You must confirm your final booking numbers 7 business days prior to the booking date. - You are responsible for being on time. There is no refund for for lateness (more than 15 minutes) or no-shows, without notification. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charge for bookings cancelled 72-49 hours prior to travel. - No refund if the booking is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
