Important Info:	Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: - Min 4 passengers required to operate the tour. Bookings will be waitlisted pending minimum numbers if unable to confirm at time of booking. Passenger Weight: - For safety and operational requirements Air Kimberley observes a maximum individual weight of 120kg per person for all scenic tours. PLEASE NOTE: Should the extreme heat become unsafe to conduct the tour throughout September, we may be required to suspend the Bungles season early. Luggage Restriction: - Luggage is restricted to a maximum of 5kg per person, soft bag. Aircraft: - Air Kimberley reserves the right to amend or cancel flight itineraries due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances. Booking Requirements: - Passenger's body weights are required at time of booking for flight fuel, weight and balance purposes. - Passenger's contact details (i.e. mobile number, accommodation) are also required at time of booking for last minute changes. - Passenger dietary requirements are required at time of booking. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 3-7 days prior to travel. - No refund if booking is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
