No allowance or refunds if all inclusions are not redeemed. - Guests must be ready to board the return boat from Tangalooma no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. - Wild dolphin experience is subject to weather, tides and dolphin attendance. No refund if event is cancelled. - Guests with an injury and pre-existing medical condition are required to provide a medical certificate to confirm their fitness for snorkelling. Guests who are pregnant will require physican/ doctor's approval in writing. Guests with asthma, are required to bring their Ventolin with them to participate.
