Important Info:	Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - You can select to make your own way to the marina. There is plenty of parking, it's free and there's no time limit. - Please advise dietary requirements. Bad Weather: - Cruises may be affected by weather conditions. Whalesong will not penalise passengers if they choose not to travel due to bad weather. Bad weather is defined by strong winds, creating a big swell. Rain is not deemed bad weather unless accompanied by wind and swell. The skipper of Whalesong determines what constitutes bad weather. Please call at least 48 hours prior to cruise to hear about weather conditions - if this can be discussed this in advance, and you're flexible, Whalesong endeavour to put you on another cruise on a day with more favourable weather conditions. COVID-19: - If guest cannot travel due to Government enforced restrictions, they will receive a full refund. They must notify Whalesong, at least, 24 hours before departure. Otherwise, they'll be regarded as a no-show and will forfeit any refund owing to them.
