The Peninsula Hot Springs may ask you to sign a waiver form prior to entry. - Please provide passenger contact phone number at time of booking (either international with country code or Australian number). - At Peninsula Hot Springs, certain experiences or facilities may be temporarily unavailable de to foreseen capacity or maintenance requirements. - Autopia Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary and operating days due to weather, special events, and/or third-party availability. - A similar alternative will be provided should and the normal scheduled stops be closed for special events or public holidays. - Autopia Tours must be notified of any known medical conditions at the time of booking to assist in guiding and ensuring the health and safety of all guests throughout the tour. - There is limited storage space on the bus, unable to accept wheelchairs, strollers, suitcases or large backpacks. - Dress code: Swimsuits are required in the Bath House bathing area, rash vests and boardshorts are acceptable - Footwear: To reduce the risk of slips, thongs (flip flops) are recommended around pools and any wet areas - Locker and towel hire is available on arrival at reception payable direct. - NO cash payments – All onsite payments will be cashless, and where possible, contactless. - Please re-confirm your tour details within 7 days prior to departure on 03 9393 1333. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: Day Tours: - No refund will be issued for bookings cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of no show.
