Bookings with guests under 12yrs can be accommodated on an alternate penguin experience. - All tour itineraries are subject to subtle changes without notice. - Different penguin viewing options may be substituted pending availability. - Any dietary requirements must be advised at time of booking. - The Penguin Parade is a naturally occurring phenomenon that takes place outdoors at dusk. Please ensure appropriate clothing is worn as guests will be exposed to the natural elements (including rain, wind and the cold) during this tour. Guests joining from a Cruise Ship: - After disembarking the ship, please descend the escalators and completely exit the terminal following the marked walkways. Your guide will be waiting at the entrance/exit of the pier complex with a greeting sign displaying guests names. - Please bring passenger documents with you to allow access to the secure pier area on completion of touring. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - A fee of 25% of the total tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 7-4 days prior to travel. - No refund for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show. - Tailored and/or larger group bookings may be subject to different cancellation terms.
