Important Info:	Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: The redevelopment of Phillip Island nature park has been intentionally planned for our quieter months and will occur between May and September 2024 in two phases to ensure minimal impact to both visitors and the little penguins. The dates are included below. Should the construction be completed earlier than the dates below we will communicate this to you and open up bookings. Construction Period from To Guided Ranger Platform 8 weeks 3 May 13 June Penguin Plus 14 weeks 14 June 18 September Please note that during the redevelopment, visitors can still enjoy: • Penguin Parade Visitor Centre • General Viewing • Underground Viewing • Ultimate Adventure Tour • Family Wildlife Tour Any existing bookings the Ranger stand which will give us a comparable experience to the Penguin Plus. We also have a number of spots in the Underground area to help provide pax with a premium viewing option. As always capacity is limited, if that's the case we will inform you at time of confirming booking requests. Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: Important Information: - Oceania Tours & Safaris is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged during the tour. - Oceania Tours & Safaris reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour if the conditions don’t allow it to proceed. An alternative option is offered if possible. - Weight limits apply on long distance helicopter flights. In case of bad weather, helicopter, seaplane, hot air balloon and sailing cruise can be rescheduled or that portion refunded, land content can still be provided. Oceania Tours and Safaris: Day Tours: - A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 4-2 days prior to travel. - No refund for bookings cancelled 2 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show. Oceania Private Tours: Private Tours - A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 7-2 days prior to travel - No refund for bookings cancelled 2 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
