Some flexibility on start time may be required. - Weather Policy: unless the weather is dangerous and client is contacted to cancel, it is to be assumed tours will go ahead. Rain fog, mist, cold, heat (under 35degrees Celsius) are all acceptable conditions. - National Parks (NP) Closures Policy: From time to time the NP close different areas of its parks. If the park is closed where tour was planned to occur, tour will not be cancelled, rather we will provide other ride options in different areas of the national park that are suitable and just as amazing. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A LEARN TO RIDE SERVICE, riders must know how to ride a bike safely and feel confident within themselves on a bike.
