Max rider weight 120kg (bike manufacturer condition). - Weather Policy: unless the weather is dangerous and client is contacted to cancel, it is to be assumed tours will go ahead. Rain fog, mist, cold, heat (under 35 degrees celecius) are all accecptabel conditions. - National Parks (NP) Closures Policy: From time to time the NP close different areas of its parks. If the park is closed where tour was planned to occur, tour will not be cancelled, rather we will provide other ride options in different areas of the national park that are suitable and just as amazing. . Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - No refund if bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show. I have read and agree to the important notes.
