Guests are requested to be waiting at least 10 minutes before the ferry departure time. - The ferry operates on a scheduled departure. French Island is a pristine, off-the-grid, eco destination. - The tour is off the beaten track so be prepared for the great outdoors. There is a small amount of walking, entering and exiting, the 4WD tour vehicle via 3 steps requires passengers to have a good level of fitness. - It would not be suitable for those with limited mobility, pregnancy, or back/neck issues. - Tour routes and stops may change depending on weather and track conditions. - The ferry to/from French Island is weather-dependent and may be cancelled due to high winds or extreme weather conditions in the interest of passenger safety. - When making a reservation, please ensure that you provide an Australian mobile phone number, so that it is easier to reach out to guests in the event of a ferry cancellation. Dietaries must be provided at least 72 hours before the tour departure. Due to the remote location of lunch supplier dietaries on the day may not be accommodated.
