Departure Time:	Must arrive before the Penguins cross the beach. Penguin Parade begins at sunset. Recommended to arrive approximately 1-2 hours before sunset. Access doors to viewing area will open at approximately 7:00pm. Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: The Penguin Parade visitor centre opens at 5:00pm.

Important Info:	Valid for 01JAN25-31MAR26: General Park Information: - The boardwalk leading to the Penguin Plus and Penguin Discovery Platforms will no longer be accessible to general admission ticket holders wishing to view penguins as they return from the beach. This change is necessary to address safety concerns due to increased visitor numbers at our premium platforms, Penguin Discovery, Penguin Plus and Underground. The area of the boardwalk near the restrooms and up the hill will remain open to all visitors. - Additionally, the new Shearwater Boardwalk is open to all visitors. This new boardwalk offers a spacious viewing area for guests to observe the penguins returning to their burrows. We kindly ask that you inform your guides and drivers to share this information with all guests. Please let them know that the new boardwalk provides enhanced viewing opportunities for the penguins. Valid for 01APR23-31MAR25: Important Note: - Video and Photography is not permitted at the Penguin Parade.- Reasonable level of fitness required, including the ability to walk on soft sand, descend and ascend 20 stairs and walk up to 1.5km in each direction on uneven surfaces, Closed walking shoes required.- Children under 16 years not catered for.
