Important Info:	Valid for 01JAN25-31MAR26: General Park Information: - The boardwalk leading to the Penguin Plus and Penguin Discovery Platforms will no longer be accessible to general admission ticket holders wishing to view penguins as they return from the beach. This change is necessary to address safety concerns due to increased visitor numbers at our premium platforms, Penguin Discovery, Penguin Plus and Underground. The area of the boardwalk near the restrooms and up the hill will remain open to all visitors. - Additionally, the new Shearwater Boardwalk is open to all visitors. This new boardwalk offers a spacious viewing area for guests to observe the penguins returning to their burrows. Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: Important Note: - Video and Photography is not permitted at the Penguin Parade. - Reasonable level of fitness required, including the ability to walk on soft sand, descend and ascend 20 stairs and walk up to 1.5km in each direction on uneven surfaces - Children must be 16 years and above - The penguins arrive at sunset, Penguin Parade is an outdoors all-weather event. Please come prepared with appropriate protection for sun, rain, windy and/or cold conditions. - Closed walking shoes required. - Please arrive at the session time stated on your ticket. Late arrival may not be permitted on the tour. -Please allow additional travel time in peak periods. - Only contactless transactions are available at all ticketing, retail and food and beverage outlets – cash not accepted. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - No refund if cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show. - Guided tours have strict start times.
