Important Info:	Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: Important information: - This a self-drive to Mareeba option. - Children under 3 years old cannot participate. - Children 3-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. - Children aged 13-17 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the tour. - You must be able to climb up the 1.2 meter foothold ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance. - You must be able to stand for the duration of the flight. - Pregnant women and those participating in diving the previous day are not suited to this activity. - Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking. - No passenger will be allowed to fly is their judgement is impaired by alcohol, drugs or prescriptions medicine. - Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpack may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bag. - Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given. - Please note that timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes, and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation you received. - All bookings are weather dependent, and in the case of bad weather you booking will be rescheduled. - Minimum 4 pax required for tour departing from Port Douglas, to operate.
