Important Info:	Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: To enjoy this active rainforest experience, all participants require a reasonable level of fitness & a high level of mobility. This activity can be challenging and participation is not without risk. Due to limitations of our equipment, and our guides ability to safely rescue you in an emergency.  A good level of fitness and mobility is required if you are near or over this weight Back Country Bliss Adventures does NOT permit pregnant women, people with pre-existing conditions (including history of dislocation), neck, back or heart problems to take part. If participants have medical concerns they are advised to consult their doctor prior to making a booking. A refund is not guaranteed at the time of pickup, if a guest is determined to be unsuitable for the activity. This is only If a guest has not been truthful on their medical questionnaire, &/or doesn’t meet the minimum requirements for fitness, mobility, pre-existing conditions etc. Clients are required to complete the following Medical Waiver prior to travel: https://web.wherewolf.co.nz/dxz4mh Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26: - A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours prior to travel. - No refund if the booking is cancelled 48 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
