Important Info:	Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: Effective from 01DEC24: - Please note check-in time is 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. - Check-in will close 30 minutes before departure, and you will not be able to check in after this time. When planning your arrival at your departure location please ensure you allow enough time to check in. Failure to adhere to check-in times, may result in you missing your flight and forfeiting the fare paid. Booking Conditions: - Individual passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. - A weight variance greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. - Maximum single seat payload of 130kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130KG are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price – this is non-commissionable and payable to Nautilus Aviation on day of travel. - Bookings for 1 passenger can be held, however a minimum of 2 passengers in total will be required in order for the tour to operate. - Bookings for more than 6 pax can be made but the group will be split over multiple helicopters and/or times. Before booking, please notify Nautilus Aviation of any passenger with special needs for pilot assessment and if travelling with more than one infant. Window seats are never guaranteed or assigned to requesting passengers. The Pilot makes the final seating assignments based on helicopter weight and balance. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: - A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged for bookings cancelled or amended 48-25 hours prior to travel. - No refund if the booking is cancelled or amended 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
