- Maximum 3 people per sedan with luggage (maximum 2 suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage).

- Excess luggage transportation by taxi at owner's expense.

For Arriving Passengers:

- Adelaide Parklands Terminal - on disembarking from the train, meet the driver on the platform.
- For non-airport pickups, the free waiting time allowances is 15 minutes from the booked pick up time.

- If passengers cause the vehicle to wait longer than 15 minutes, waiting time @ $7.00 per 5 minutes (or part thereof) will be charged. The passengers will be required to pay any waiting time charged, directly to the chauffeur.
