eg. If your flight arrives at 13:30 this is the time you select (no need to factor in luggage wait times, that job will be done.)
all inbound flights are being monitored, so if your flight is delayed no need to worry, the flight will be met if you have booked the service.
Typically, baggage takes between 20 - 30 minutes and until your flight has cleared before leaving the airport. If the terminal has cleared and you have not arrived at the stand you will be called ONCE before leaving the airport.
The shuttle stand is directly in front of the baggage claim area as you walk toward the road. Please see the driver at the stand as soon as possible to confirm your arrival (this will ensure you are not left behind.) As flight times may vary due to Airline operational requirements and seasonal variations, all flight and departure times should be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Any variation to your flight times will affect your transfer time and this must be reconfirmed prior to pick-up.
