- Passengers must proceed immediately to the designated meeting spot and endeavour to contact our driver as soon as possible.

- 30 minutes waiting time is included. After 30 minutes, if passengers are unable to establish contact with the driver they must call Royale Limousines customer service on +61 2 9660 3666 or 1300 650 260, No refund will be granted unless contact has been made.
