Arrival Information:

- If you have an Australian capable phone, turn it on as soon as possible. (Please provide us with your number at time of booking).

- On arrival, walk directly to the Arrivals Hall.

- You will find the Exemplar Transfer desk immediately to your left as you enter the hall, where you will locate your driver, holding a tablet or a board with your name on it.

- After greeting you, your driver will escort you to your nominated luggage carousel, where you can collect your luggage.

- Once collected, your driver will happily assist you with luggage as you are escorted to your service.
