Car parking is available at the
Cleveland Terminal.

There are also public car parking spaces
in the vicinity of Toondah Harbour. Some
areas have parking time restrictions and
some spaces are shared by boat trailers
and vehicles are certain times.
Therefore it is important to check the
signage carefully to avoid a parking
fine. Parking can be limited during
public and school holidays.


Cancellation Policy

Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25:

- A fee of 10% of the tour cost will be
charged for bookings cancelled 31 days
or more prior to travel.

- A fee of 50% of the tour cost will be
charged for bookings cancelled 30-7 days
prior to travel.

- A fee of 80% of the tour cost will be
charged for bookings cancelled 6-2 day
prior to travel.

- No refund for bookings cancelled 24
hours or less prior to travel or in the
event of a no show.
