Surcharges apply to the following
luggage items:

- Additional Suitcases: AUD6.00 per
extra piece of luggage.

- Bike in Bike Box: AUD10.00 each.

- Golf Clubs: AUD10.00 (one set per
passenger)

- Surfboards (Gold Coast and Brisbane
services): AUD10.00each. (Surfboards
must be less than 6ft long-183cm. Should
the surfboard exceed 6ft they will be
unable to be transported due to our
coaches' trailer size restrictions).

- Surfboards (Sunshine Coast services):
AUD10.00 each. (Passengers carrying a
surfboard (any size) need to supply
their own straps and are required to be
attached to vehicles by the
passengers).

Excess luggage items:

- Excess luggage items that are not
pre-paid will be charged by the driver
during boarding.


Cancellation Policy

Valid for 01APR24-31MAR26:

- No refund if booking is cancelled or
amended 24 hours or less prior to travel
or in the event of a no-show.
