Sandringham

With the Port Phillip Bay beachfront forming the western boundary and with a ring of golf courses and parkland to the south and east, Sandringham is a virtual island suburb 15km south of the Melbourne CBD.

The signature Melbourne sand-belt golf courses lying virtually within a Tiger Woods drive of this desirable suburb include Kingston Heath, Yarra Yarra, Huntingdale, Metropolitan, Sandringham, Victoria and Royal Melbourne.

The sea front embraces safe swimming beaches and picnic spots and you will be tempted to dangle a fishing line from the HMVS Cerebus breakwater which marks the southern reach of Sandringham's Half Moon Bay.

Sandringham is also flanked by main rail and major arterial roads presenting direct access to the city, to the Mornington Peninsula, the Dandenong Ranges and Gippsland.
