Narrogin, a two hour drive from Perth, is located in the heart of Western Australia's richest farming land. Narrogin is a great base to explore the region, with many attractions within a half hour drive from the town. Dryandra Woodland, a picturesque 22 kilometre drive from Narrogin, is home to over 100 bird and 24 mammal species and provides an excellent opportunity to view some of Western Australia's native animals including possums, echidnas, woylies and kangaroos. Narrogin town is well known for its attractive gardens and heritage buildings. Take a walk around the town and admire the picturesque gardens, cultural parks and old style buildings. Narrogin Town Hall is an icon of Narrogin and was officially opened 1908. It became a major venue for social occasions - local amateur and visiting professional theatre, dances, public meetings with many civic welcomes are performed there.
